OUR STORY

We’re Olga and Monica — sisters and the owners of Traveler Properties.

​

What started as a simple restoration project in 2021 quickly became something much more personal. When we purchased Alemania Haus, a fixer-upper on Market Street, we fell in love with the process of bringing it back to life — and with the town of Hermann itself.

 

That same care led us to restore The Mercantile on the Katy Trail, and then 5th Street Bungalow, creating distinct properties that each reflect what we love most about this place.

We host with intention and a light touch. Our goal is to give you a comfortable, well-prepared space that feels like your own — whether you’re here for a quiet weekend near the wineries, cycling on the Katy Trail, or a livelier stay in downtown Hermann.

 

We believe the best visits happen when you have the freedom to explore at your own pace, knowing everything you need is already taken care of.
